How we handle your information
This policy explains what personal data DEXIN collects through dexin-pack.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. Last updated: 30 October 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Putian Dexin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (“DEXIN”, “we”, “us”), No. 1388, Shiting East Road, Jiangkou Town, Hanjiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, China. We are responsible for the personal data collected through dexin-pack.com.

2. What we collect
- Inquiry form. Your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number (optional), country, the machine or line you need, target output, bottle size and the project details you write.
- Direct messages. Whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp, including attachments such as bottle drawings.
- Technical data. When you visit the site our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request.
- Cookies. See section 6.
We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive data on this website.
3. How we use it
- To answer your inquiry — recommend a machine, prepare a quotation and follow up on that inquiry. Legal basis: your consent (the tick box on the form) and steps taken at your request before a contract.
- To deliver and support an order — if you become a customer: contract, shipping, installation and after-sales service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep the website working and secure — prevent spam and abuse, fix errors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.
4. Who we share it with
- Our service providers, who process data on our behalf: website hosting and business email (Hostinger).
- Partner manufacturers of equipment included in your quotation (for example filling or packaging machines), only the technical details they need to quote, and only when your project requires their equipment.
- Logistics and installation partners, if you place an order, to ship and install it.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.

Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the website to work, plus any optional cookies you accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on the site. Blocking cookies in your browser does not stop you sending an inquiry.
7. International transfers
We are based in China and our customers are worldwide, so your data is processed in China and in the countries where our service providers run their servers. When we transfer data, we use only providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards and we limit the data to what is needed.
8. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 3 years after our last contact, so we can answer follow-up questions about the same project.
- Customer and order records: as long as the law requires for contracts, tax and warranty, and for the service life of the machine.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period, normally no more than a few weeks.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- see the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct it or ask us to delete it;
- withdraw your consent or object to how we use it;
- ask us to restrict processing or move your data to another company;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email sales@dexin-pack.com. We reply within 30 days.
10. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, access to our systems is limited to staff who need it, and we keep our software up to date. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or payment details by email or through the form.
11. Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
