Conceptual bottled water production line from water treatment and PET blowing to robotic palletizing.
Complete line
Complete Water and Beverage Filling Line
A DEXIN complete water and beverage filling line turns raw water and PET preforms into labeled, packed bottles: water treatment, blow molding, rinsing, filling and capping, inspection, labeling and packing in one connected line. Lines are built around a DEXIN blow molding machine and run from 2,400 BPH on 5 L bottles to 28,000 BPH on 0.5 L bottles.

Overview
A bottled water or beverage plant needs more than a blow molding machine. Raw water has to be treated, bottles have to be blown, filled, capped, checked, labeled and packed, and every machine has to run at the same speed. A complete line connects all of these steps so bottles move from preform to pallet without manual handling.
DEXIN designs the line around its own energy-saving blow molding machine, which sets the line output, and supplies the water treatment, filling, labeling and packing equipment sized to match. You get one layout, one machine list and one point of contact for the whole project.
Still water: mineral, spring and purified
Water treatment (filtration, activated carbon, softening, reverse osmosis and ozone or UV sterilization) feeds a rinsing–filling–capping monoblock. The water treatment is designed from your raw-water analysis and the drinking-water standard of your market.
Carbonated soft drinks
A carbonated line adds a syrup room, a CO₂ mixer and an isobaric (counter-pressure) filler. Carbonated bottles need a petaloid base, so the blow molding machine runs a matching carbonated-bottle mould.
Juice and tea
Juice and tea are often hot filled, which needs heat-resistant bottles, special preforms and moulds, and a hot-fill filler with bottle cooling. Tell us how your product is filled before planning the line, and we will confirm the bottle and machine setup.
Large bottles and 5-gallon barrels
For 5 L to 20 L bottles and disposable 5-gallon barrels, the line is built around the large-bottle blow molding machine with a filler made for large containers.
Line layout
From preform and raw water to a packed pallet
-
Water treatment
Filtration, softening, reverse osmosis and ozone or UV sterilization make product water to your local standard.
-
Blow molding
A DEXIN blow molding machine blows PET preforms into bottles on site, so you ship and store preforms instead of empty bottles.
-
Air conveyor
Empty bottles travel by air conveyor straight to the filler, with no manual handling.
-
Rinsing, filling, capping
A monoblock rinses each bottle, fills it and screws on the cap; carbonated drinks use an isobaric filler.
-
Inspection
Fill level and cap checks reject faulty bottles from the line automatically.
-
Labeling
A hot-melt OPP or shrink-sleeve labeler applies the label.
-
Date coding
An inkjet or laser coder prints the production date and batch number.
-
Packing
Bottles are shrink-wrapped or cartoned, then palletized by hand or by robot.

Capacity options
Choose the line output
| Line output BPH | Reference bottle | Blow molding machine | Line configuration |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6,500 | 1.5 L | PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine (0.2–2L) | L6S blow molding machine, 6 cavities, 120 mm pitch for bottles up to 2 L. |
| 12,000 | 2 L | PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine (0.2–2L) | L8S blow molding machine, 8 cavities, for 2 L bottles up to 105 mm in diameter. |
| 14,000 | 0.6 L | PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine (0.2–2L) | L6SS blow molding machine, 6 cavities, for 0.5–0.6 L water bottles. |
| 18,000 | 0.6 L | PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine (0.2–2L) | L8SS blow molding machine, 8 cavities. |
| 24,000 | 0.5 L | PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine (0.2–2L) | L10SS blow molding machine, 10 cavities. |
| 28,000 | 0.5 L | PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine (0.2–2L) | L12SS blow molding machine, 12 cavities. |
| 6,000 | 5 L | PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine (2.5–20L) | Large-bottle line: from 2,400 BPH (L2-5L) to 6,000 BPH (L6-5L) on 5 L bottles; 600–2,000 BPH on bottles up to 20 L (L1G to L3GE). |
Line output is set by the blow molding machine and depends on bottle size, bottle weight and product. Filling, labeling and packing machines are sized to match each line.
Before installation
What you prepare on site
-
Production hall
A clean hall with a level, drained floor. Send us the building size and we draw the line to fit it.
-
Water source and analysis
Well, spring or municipal water, with a raw-water analysis so the water treatment can be designed for it.
-
Power supply
Three-phase power for the whole line. The blow molding machine alone needs 50–100 kW installed power, depending on the model.
-
Compressed air
A 3.4 MPa high-pressure compressor for blowing (6–12 m³/min, depending on the model) and a low-pressure supply for the filler and conveyors.
-
Chilled and cooling water
Chilled water at 10–12 °C for the blow moulds and cooling water at about 30 °C.
-
Preforms, caps and labels
Packaging materials that match your bottle design. Send us the bottle drawing and we help you specify them.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Not answered here? An engineer will reply on WhatsApp or email.
What machines are in a complete water filling line?
Water treatment, a PET blow molding machine, an air conveyor, a rinsing–filling–capping monoblock, fill-level and cap inspection, a labeler, a date coder and a shrink-wrapping or cartoning machine. Carbonated drinks also need a syrup room and a CO₂ mixer.
What output can a complete line reach?
The blow molding machine sets the line output: from 6,500 BPH on 1.5 L bottles (L6S) to 28,000 BPH on 0.5 L bottles (L12SS), and from 2,400 to 6,000 BPH on 5 L bottles. The other machines are sized to match.
Why blow bottles on site instead of buying empty bottles?
Preforms take a small fraction of the space of empty bottles, so they cost far less to ship and store. Blowing on site also lets you change bottle sizes by changing the mould.
Can one line fill both still water and carbonated drinks?
It can if it is planned that way from the start: the line needs an isobaric filler and CO₂ mixing, and the blow molding machine needs a separate mould for petaloid carbonated bottles. Tell us every product when you ask for a quote.
Can the line make hot-fill juice or tea?
Hot filling needs heat-resistant bottles, special preforms and moulds, and a hot-fill filler with bottle cooling. Tell us your product and filling temperature, and we will confirm the bottle and machine setup before quoting.
What information do you need to quote a line?
Your product, bottle sizes or drawings, target output in bottles per hour, a raw-water analysis, the size of your building, and your local voltage and frequency.
