What to send for an accurate quotation
With these six details our engineers can choose the model, cavity count and moulds in the first reply instead of asking back.
Bottle drawing or photo
A technical drawing is best; a clear photo of a sample bottle with its volume also works.
Preform weight and neck
Preform weight in grams and neck finish, e.g. 15 g with a 30/25 neck, or 90 g for a 5 L bottle.
Target output
Bottles per hour for each size. This decides the cavity count, from 1 to 12 cavities.
Product to be filled
Mineral water, carbonated drinks, edible oil or daily chemicals — it affects bottle design and the filling line.
Power supply
Voltage, phase and frequency at your plant, e.g. 380 V / 3-phase / 50 Hz, so the electrics are built to match.
Plant location and timeline
Country and city of installation and when you need the line running, for shipping and commissioning plans.

See your machine before it ships
Customers are welcome at our plant in the Putian Hi-Tech Industrial Park. Most visit for the factory acceptance test, when the machine runs with their own preforms.

How quickly will DEXIN reply to my inquiry?
We usually reply within one working day. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:30 to 18:00 Beijing time (GMT+8). WhatsApp is the fastest channel for short questions.
What information do I need for a quotation?
Send a bottle drawing or photo, the preform weight and neck size, your target output in bottles per hour, the product you will fill, your plant's power supply and the installation country. With these we can recommend a model, cavity count and price in the first reply.
Can I visit the factory before I order?
Yes. Our factory is at No. 1388 Shiting East Road, Jiangkou Town, Hanjiang District, Putian, Fujian, China. The nearest airports are Fuzhou (FOC) and Xiamen (XMN). Many customers also attend the factory acceptance test, where the machine runs with their own preforms before shipment.
Do you supply complete lines or only blow molding machines?
Both. We design and build PET blow molding machines in-house, and supply filling machines and complete lines for bottled water and edible oil around them. Tell us your product and output and we will propose the whole line.
